The Federation of Damanhur opens the door on its most precious realization, the Temples dedicated to Humanity: an extraordinary, underground construction, begun in 1978 and created entirely by hand. It has been declared a work of art by the Soprintendenza alle Belle Arti (Fine Art Authority).

The Hall of Mirrors, the Hall of Water, the Hall of the Earth, the Labyrinth and the Hall of Metals: one after another extraordinary environments that touch the heart and soul, the mind and senses. Bringing to light all the beauty to be found inside each one of us. The Temples are in fact a journey of initiation, the ritual representation of the inner rooms of every human being: Passing through the rooms and along the corridors of the Temples is a journey inside the self, a spiritual pilgrimage open to all creeds and convictions.

The Temples of Humankind carry this name because they are devoted to the celebration of creativity and spirituality in all their forms. Damanhur wants to be like a flame that once alight inspires the spiritual rebirth of everyone who so desires it.

Damanhur offers many different options for visiting the Temples. All tours are facilitated by specialized guides, and depart from and end at Damjl.

VELJ: Two days

VELJ offers a profund visit to the Temples and contact with its energies. The session of preparation, thanks to specific disciplines of the School of Damanhur, help the visitors to refine their sensitivity and perceive the energetic characteristic of the Temples. This way it will be asier to take in the emotin and experience of every Hall. Day One: 11am to 1pm and 3pm to 6pm
Day Two: 10am to 1pm

Day One

Morning: Tour of the central area of the Federation called “Damjl” and the Centre of Art, Research and Wellbeing called “Damanhur crea”.

Afternoon: Preparation for the tour of the Temples of Humankind, with a special meditation in the Gallery of Selfic Paintings. Tour of the Temples: Blue Temple, Hall of Water, Hall of Spheres and the Hall of Mirrors.

Day Two

Morning: Walking meditation in the Spiritual Labyrinths (circuits of Ogni Dove), to prepare for the tour of the Temples of Humankind. Tour of the Temples: Hall of Earth, Hall of Metals and the Labyrinth.
