7 Day Visit

The Seven Day program offers a broad and varied experience of Damanhur and the Temples of Humankind. You will be introduced to various aspects of our philosophy in a way that also allows for a practical experiences.

An in-depth tour of Damanhur, Federation of Communities focuses on renewable energy and includes a visit to communities that work on advanced sustainability projects.

During two meditations in the Temples of Humankind, you will contact the elements. The halls of the Temples invite you to sharpen your sensitivity so as to perceive the energetic and subtle characteristics of each one.

Other parts of the program include a detailed introduction to Damanhurian philosophy and research, Music of the Plants in the heart of the Sacred Woods, an entire day dedicated to the arts and creativity, and a day in Turin on a quest to discover the magical history and esoteric treasures in the Egyptian Museum collection.

Please note that this visit requires a minimum of 4 people. While it is our intention to connect groups in order to always offer this visit, if there is a time when this minimum cannot be reached, we will inform of as soon as possible of the cancelation.

The schedule of the program may be subject to slight variations due to organizational needs.

The dates of the program include arrival day for settling in.

If you are staying in a Damanhur guesthouse, please arrive for checkin before 6 pm.

Children age 12 and over are welcome to participate in this program.

The price does not include accommodations or meals.

Detailed program:

Arrival

Arrival on Sunday during the day not later than 6pm . We come and meet you at the airport. Welcome to Damanhur!

Get settled into your accommodations and if early enough in the day, we will have a first orientation tour in the central area of Damanhur.

Day One

Morning: Guided tour of the central area of the Federation called Damjl and the Centre of Art, Research and Wellbeing called Damanhur crea.

Afternoon: Preparation for the visit of the Temples of Humankind, with a special meditation in the Gallery of Selfic Paintings.

Visit of the Temples: Hall of the Earth and the Hall of Metals.

Day Two

Morning: Inner Harmonizing (meditation through breathing, sound and simple positions of the body that stimulate the energy centres) and Walking meditation in the Stone Labyrinths (circuits of Ogni Dove), to prepare for the second part of the visit of the Temples.

Afternoon: Visit of the Temples: the Labyrinth, the Blue Temple, the Hall of Water, Hall of Spheres and Hall of Mirrors.

Day Three

Morning: Guided visit to the Sacred Wood, open air extension of the underground Temples of Humankind Guided visit to the Tree Village, immersed in the energy of the Sacred Wood, enjoying the Music of the Trees.

Afternoon: Walk the Spiral in Damjl and Contact with the Element Earth, the Standing Stones in Damjl, to prepare for the Meditation in the Temples.

Meditation in the Temples: the Hall of Earth - facilitated by Damanhurian guides.

Day Four

A day in Turin, discovering the magical esoteric history of this town, with passes for the Egyptian Museum, second in the world for the pieces that are hosted there.

Day Five

Morning: Guided visit to Damanhur projects, communities, settlements.

Afternoon: Walk the Spiral in Damjl and Contact with the Element Air, in Damjl, to prepare for the Meditation in the Temples.

Meditation in the Temples: the Blue Temple and the Hall of Mirrors - facilitated by Damanhurian guides.

Day Six

Morning: Learn more about Damanhur's philosophy and our spiritual and social model.

Afternoon: integration time
