3 Day Visit

The Three Day program offers a good general introduction to Damanhur, Federation of Communities. The first day features a visit to the central areas of Damanhur and the Temples of Humankind. Throughout your visit, you will be introduced to more than 30 years of spiritual and social research which includes an introductory session about our philosophy, communication with the plants in the heart of the Sacred Woods, as well as a meditation in one of the halls of the Temples.

*Please note that this visit requires a minimum of 3 people. While it is our intention to connect groups in order to always offer this visit, if there is a time when this minimum cannot be reached, we will inform of as soon as possible of the cancelation.

The schedule of the program may be subject to slight variations due to organizational needs.

The dates of the program include arrival day for settling in.

For staying in our guesthouse, please arrive for checkin before 6 pm.

Children age 12 and over are welcome to participate in this program.

The price does not include accommodations or meals.

Arrival. Welcome to Damanhur!

Day One

9-11am: Guided tour of Damjl the central area and "capital" of the Federation and Damanhur Crea, the Art, Research and Well-being centre.

11am to 1pm: Visit to the Temples (part one): Hall of Earth and Hall of Metals.

Lunch break

2:30-3.30pm: Walking Meditation in the Stone Labyrinths (circuits of Ogni Dove), to prepare for the second part of the visit to the Temples of Humankind.

3:30-5:30pm: Visit to the Temples (part two): The Labyrinth, Blue Temple, Hall of Water, Hall of Spheres and Hall of Mirrors.

This programme provides a profound contact with the Temples of Humankind and with its energies. We have sectioned your visit in this way so that you can take in the emotion and the experience of every single hall.

Day Two

9:30-10:30am: Visit the Standing Stones and Walk the Spiral in Damjl to contact the Element Earth, in preparation for Meditation in the Temples.

11am -12.30pm: Meditation in the Temples: Hall of Earth, guided by Damanhurian instructors.

Lunch break

3- 6pm: Introduction to Esoteric Physics: learning more about Damanhurian philosophy, our spiritual and social model.

Day Three

10am-1pm: Guided tour of the Sacred Wood the open-air extension of the the Temples; visit the Tree Village and enjoy the Music of the Trees; Walking Meditation in the Stone Circuits in the Sacred Wood.
