2 Day Visit

The Two Day program invites you to deepen your experience in the Temples of Humankind by contacting the energies within them. Preparation sessions with exercises that are uniquely Damanhurian will be done before the meditation to help you sharpen your sensitivity. In this way, you may perceive the energetic and subtle characteristics of each hall of the Temples, as well as your own emotions and sensations as you encounter the halls.

Please note that this visit requires a minimum of 3 people. While it is our intention to connect groups in order to always offer this visit, if there is a time when this minimum cannot be reached, we will inform of as soon as possible of the cancelation.

The schedule of the program may be subject to slight variations due to organizational needs.

The dates of the program include arrival day for settling in.

For staying in our guesthouse, please arrive for checkin before 6 pm.

Children age 12 and over are welcome to participate in this program.

The price does not include accommodations or meals.

Day One ~ Visit to Damanhur Territories and first visit to the Temples of Humankind

Morning

9:00 - 13:00 Guided tour of the central area of the Federation, Damjl and the Center of Art, Research and Wellbeing, Damanhur Crea

Afternoon

15:00 Preparation for the visit of the Temples of Humankind with a special meditation in the Gallery of Selfic Paintings

16:30 First part of the visit to the Temples of Humankind: Hall of Earth, Hall of Metals and the Labyrinth

Day Two ~ Inner Harmonizing and second visit to the Temples of Humankind

Morning

10:00 - 13:00 Inner Harmonizing, a Damanhurian meditation technique with breathing, sound and simple positions of the body that stimulate the energy center

Afternoon

15:00 Walking the Stone Labyrinths in the circuits of OgniDove in preparation for the visit to the Temples of Humankind

16:30 Second part of the visit to the Temples of Humankind: the Blue Temple, the Hall of Water, Hall of Spheres and Hall of Mirrors.
