University of Damanhur

Olami Damanhur University is the university of Damanhur. Its training programs and individual courses are based on the life experience of the Federation and on the path of study of its citizens in the fields of ecology, psychic sciences, disciplines of well-being.

For thirty years Olami Damanhur University has offered courses and seminars in all areas regarding the development of human potential, from spirituality to art, from social life to healing.

The courses cover a great range: "Inner Personalities", "Paths of the Dream", "Reawakening the Inner Senses", "Discover the Inner Artist", "Transformation of Memories", "Past Lives Research", "Astral Travel", "Ancient Civilizations and Pre-Atlantis History" and more. All seminars can be attended separately or as part of the path called Mystery School.

Besides the courses there are annual or three year programmes that offer a complete formative curriculum: the School for Spiritual Healers, the School of Hypnosis, the School of Cromotherapy, the School of Spiritual Physics.

Each of these are being conducted on several levels of research, so as to lead to the conscious expression of capacities that are often dormant behind habits and conventional ways of thinking. The goal is to give to each individual the instruments to profoundly know him/ herself, to help others and from this derive joy and the ability to build, day after day, his/her own path towards happiness.

The group of instructors consists of physicians, psychologists, holistic practitioners and spiritual researchers; they are all Damanhurians, formed both by a specific theoretical training and through years of practice and experiences in this field. The courses and schools are inspired by the thought of Oberto Airaudi, Falco, the founder of the Federation of Communities of Damanhur; from his research the instructors have developed original techniques on which the seminars are based.

The courses and schools are held either in two day residential sessions, spread throughout the year, or in intensive weeks of study, to meet the various needs of the participants.

Courses are held not only in the communities of the Federation, but also regularly in the Damanhurian Centers in Italy and abroad. Those interested in organizing courses in their own facilities can contact the secretary office of the University.

As a first approach, recommended for those who would like to have an idea of the context in which the University has been developed, there are different options for visiting Damanhur offered by the Damanhur Welcome Office. Other than the opportunity to visit communities, arts- and crafts laboratories, activities and achievements of Damanhur, the Welcome Office offers accommodation and visits to the Temples of Humankind.
